I am a 59 year old man and lifted a lot of weights so I expected and come
To accept my shoulder pain as arthritis or just plain “getting old”. Then I lifted my daughter’s suitcase onto the bed of the pickup truck and I started having unbearable pain. I got an xRay and went to see REGEN. Brian Kummet the PA and founder there was so knowledgeable and confident that he could help. He didn’t recommend steroid injection which I thought he would but recommended PRP instead, a concentrated plasma injection of my own blood and healing cells! It made so much sense but I was desperate to stop this pain which was so bad at night! I went to see his partner Dr Bishop was so relaxed and sure they could help. The office had a peaceful and grace filled atmosphere unlike any medical office I have ever been in. They reviewed my XRay and using a hand held ultrasound for perfect placement injected my shoulder. I didn’t know what to expect and I was still sore, maybe even a little more leaving there. Over the next few days and now 8 weeks later my pain steadily and surely improved from the sharp stabbing pain that was unbearable to a road to healing. I’m going in for stem cells and have followed their advice for supplements and diet. The best thing I can say about this office is I would recommend my own family and friends to see them for healing and true regeneration!

I sustained an injury to my big toe joint on a hike in 2015. I had received a steroid injection to the joint about every 9 months since then. My podiatrist was recommending surgery as she stated, “we can’t keep injecting steroids forever. This joint needs to be fixed.” I had to modify my activities quite a bit around this, which was difficult as I am a nurse, hiker, dancer, and yoga instructor. I had to space everything out otherwise I had to stop everything for days/weeks at a time because it was too much and the pain was awful. I’ve been living with fibromyalgia for more than 30 years, and for most of that time, it felt like my entire life revolved around pain and exhaustion.
I was diagnosed in my mid-thirties after months of tests and doctor visits, but even with a diagnosis, I didn’t really get answers—or help. I went from being active and healthy to waking up every day feeling completely drained, like my body didn’t belong to me anymore. Everything hurt. Sitting, standing, walking, sleeping—none of it was comfortable. Over time, I just learned to live smaller and smaller.
Most of my doctor visits felt the same. I was told to exercise more, sleep better, eat less, and try harder. It always felt like I was being judged instead of heard.
