Biography

Christy has worked in a variety of positions in clinical practice management and patient care in the fields of dermatology and infertility before regenerative medicine. She spent the last 10 years working in the area of advocacy for refugees and immigrants before returning to practice management. She has a masters degree in counseling and was excited to join ReGen Advanced Infusion & Wellness in 2022 with an opportunity to advocate for mental health and coordinate care for patients seeking advanced and effective healing for mental health conditions that can cause devastating burdens to patients and the people who love them, and even lead to death.

The addition of regenerative medicine therapies to the care offered at ReGen has given Christy the opportunity to support patients in their efforts to heal their minds and bodies. She believes the advancements in medicine to treat the connected conditions of mind and body provide the ultimate path to healing, wellness, and vitality through all stages of life.

Christy has been married to Dr. Bishop for 26 years and is proud to be a part of the vision he had to offer the life-saving treatment found in ketamine infusion therapy. He founded ReGen Advanced Infusion & Wellness with his sister, Wendy Pitts. Wendy passed away after a long battle with ovarian cancer in May 2024. Christy & Dan continue to expand ReGen in ways that she would be proud to be a part of.

Christy & Dan have 3 almost-grown children. They love traveling and hiking in far away places. They’ve hiked in Patagonia, Chile and Machu Picchu in Peru but also enjoy the beauty of the Grand Canyon and other places closer to home. Christy’s early life included living on 3 continents and in 4 countries. She believes growing up moving around contributes to her love of people from all walks of life and has influenced her career in advocacy as well as her supportive role in medical fields that are developing advanced treatments for mind and body ailments that are often caused by trauma and the challenges of life.
