Autoimmune and Chronic Inflammatory
Your body’s immune system is programmed to identify potential threats and neutralize them. It has the ability to mobilize many different types of cells that fight infection, contain toxins, recruit other cells to help fight threats and recruit cells to help rebuild after the threat has been neutralized. Sometimes, your immune system detects parts of your own body and identifies them as threats and starts attacking. This causes tissue destruction and cellular dysfunction. The mainstay of autoimmune treatment is using medications that decrease inflammation and suppress your immune system to limit the damage. If mainstream medical treatment for your autoimmune condition doesn’t give you the relief you need to live your life, we may be able to supportive therapies.
Tissue repair is a complex process and sometimes your natural repair system gets stuck in a loop of inflammation and ongoing damage. The result of this can be vague, persistent debilitating symptoms. At ReGen, we will explore the causes of these chronic inflammatory conditions and develop a plan to reverse the inflammation.
Adrenal Fatigue
What is Adrenal Fatigue?
Your adrenal glands sit right next to your kidneys and produce and process important substances such as cortisol and DHEA. It also plays an essential role in the feedback loop including the hypothalamus/pituitary/adrenal axis and its dysfunction can have diffuse and severe effects. Cortisol is the main “stress hormone” in your body. In times of stress, it increases and prepares your cells to accomplish tasks that may need to be done urgently in order to protect your body. This is a good system in the short term. If this stress response is prolonged, excess cortisol will do damage to your cells and may lead to elevated glucose levels and diabetes, obesity, anxiety and depression. After a long and continued release of cortisol, your adrenal glands get burned out and they are no longer able to keep up with the demands of your body.
How does Adrenal Fatigue affect me?
Symptoms of adrenal fatigue may include: afternoon slump at 3 or 4pm then constant fatigue, joint and muscle aches, multiple allergies/sensitivities, rashes, psoriasis, frequent illness, depression, anxiety, digestive issues, and sugar or salt cravings

Autoimmune disorders
What are Autoimmune disorders?
Autoimmune disorders are a group of diseases of dysregulation of the immune system. The type of immune cells and the type of tissue that is targeted differ between the disorders. Examples include lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn’s disease, Ulcerative Colitis, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, vasculitis, Sjogren’s disease, Celiac’s disease, Vitiligo, Multiple sclerosis, Grave’s disease and many more.
How do Autoimmune disorders affect me?
The specific diseases will differ in how they affect you. They may target nerves, joints, skin, connective tissue, hormonal glands, or blood vessels. Depending on the type of cell and the target tissue, your symptoms differ. They all produce either pain, discomfort, or loss of function or may produce all three.
What treatments are available for Autoimmune disorders?
Autoimmune conditions are complex. ReGen infusions does not diagnose autoimmune disorders and we are not your primary source for treatment. We encourage anyone with an autoimmune disorder to consult with their primary physician and a rheumatologist. There are many FDA approved treatments which can be very effective in treating your condition. At ReGen, we offer medicinal signalling cell (MSC or stem cell) therapy for patients who do not respond to mainstream treatments or who may have side effects from those treatments that interfere with their lives. We also offer low dose naltrexone therapy which has recently started to show promise in helping with inflammatory conditions.
What is the process involved with Autoimmune treatment?
To help those with autoimmune disorders, we infuse MSCs into your body through a vein. The MSCs contain messaging information that targets dysfunctional immune cells and helps regulate their activity. The infusion takes about 45-60 minutes and is combined with an IV solution of vitamins and peptides to support your body’s natural processes.
*MSCs are not FDA approved for treating autoimmune disorders. The FDA has not evaluated MCSs for safety or efficacy. Low dose naltrexone is not FDA approved to treat autoimmune disorders and its use for this purpose has not been evaluated by the FDA.
