Platelet-rich Plasma (PRP) and Alpha 2 Macroglobulin (A2M)

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and Alpha 2 Macroglobulin (A2M) are both biologic treatments used in regenerative medicine to promote healing and reduce inflammation.
