Alcohol Abuse
Do you or a loved one suffer from alcohol abuse?
Ketamine may help.
Alcohol addiction, overuse, or abuse is destructive to the drinker, their family, friends, colleagues, finances, and overall health. Recent studies suggest that including ketamine treatments as part of alcohol rehabilitation increases the chances of success.
How many ketamine treatments do I need?
Current studies suggest that one ketamine treatment a week for three weeks, in conjunction with behavioral/rehabilitation therapy, can increase the length of time patients stay sober.
How long do results last?
Ketamine is not a cure and it doesn’t work for everyone. Those it works for will require booster treatments every now and then. Some people can go a few months between boosters while others may require them more often.
Does insurance pay for ketamine treatments?
Most insurances do not yet cover IV ketamine treatments for alcoholism. You can use your health savings account (HSA) or flexible spending account (FSA) to pay for your ketamine treatments. We also accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and ApplePay. We can help you submit a claim to your insurance to see if they will reimburse you part or all of your treatment cost. Payment is due at the time of service.
